Terms and conditions:
1. Customers who have made a Booking Fee of IDR 10,000,000 have the opportunity to take part in the LUCKY NEW YEAR, LUCKY YOU program
2. Customers have the opportunity to play the Lucky Wheel which is available at the Marketing Gallery to win a MAP voucher prize of IDR 5,000,000 or IDR 8,000,000 or IDR 10,000,000
3. Customers are required to provide complementary data such as photocopies of ID cards, signatures of receipts, and photos of prize receipts as a condition for taking gifts
4. The prize will be received by the customer no later than D+21 after the Booking Fee is paid
5. If there is a cancellation of the unit that has been purchased at a later date, the Booking Fee will be deducted according to the size of the MAP voucher that the customer has received
6. Prizes with MAP vouchers that have been received are non-transferable and non-transferable
7. Management can change or add terms of LUCKY NEW YEAR, LUCKY YOU at any time without prior notification
8. If a difference of opinion or dispute arises at a later date, both parties will resolve it by deliberation and consensus
